2022 Cadillac Escalade With Larte Body Kit Is an Evil Carbon-Clad SUV

The new Cadillac Escalade has been available for a couple of years, and there are plenty of reasons to love it, from the Tesla-rivalling Super Cruise self-driving system to the recently revealed V-Series, which is the LT4 muscle car of luxury vehicles. Surprisingly, the most famous Escalade body kit on the web comes from Russia with love.

Larte Design has been making body kits for SUVs for as long as I can remember. They were probably the best in the world at customizing the Infiniti FX, which later became the QX70. Later, they placed their focus on German vehicles, especially the ML, GLE, and X5. But from what we understand, this is their first Cadillac Escalade, and it’s impressive.

The only annoying thing about it is that nobody knows what this costs. They only built the one custom SUV that you see in this awesome highlight video from RoCars. Sidenote: RoCars can make anything look cooler than a Batmobile.

Anyway, the cheapest Larte kit I found was about $5,000 and the most expensive is about $56,000, made for the Maybach GLS. The Cadillac kit is probably in the $10-20k range. But it’s designed in Russia and if you import this, be prepared to spy and questioned by the CIA. Jokes aside, I’ve always found it interesting how the “American dream” type of car is loved all over the world, so much so that they make body kits from Thailand to Moscow.

Larte’s customers are from all over the world. Maybe that’s why, according to Google, the company is based in California. And unless I’m mistaken, the location of this filming is Dusseldorf, in West Germany.

What’s the Escalade kit from Larte include?

It’s pretty easy to spot the modifications brought to this long-wheelbase SUV. They’re calling it a widebody, but fender flares are quite small in comparison to the house-sized American luxury vehicle. The fender inserts are, however, made from carbon fiber and bring your attention to those massive 24-inch wheels.

Larte has also redesigned the hood in carbon, with a scoop in the front. The custom grille is also made from carbon and is followed up by mods to the bumper, including a deep chin spoiler.

Carbon fiber wing mirrors are common in the tuning world, but these are some of the first I’ve ever seen on an Escalade. At the back, Larte offers a bumper overlay, diffuser, new muffler tips, and a roof spoiler.
