MAN UNITED have set a shocking record with a collapse vs Chelsea after losing on Thursday night.
The Red Devils were leading the game at 99 minutes and 17 seconds - the latest a side has ever led in the Premier League match they've gone on to lose.
It is also the second time in a week that Man Utd have lost a lead in added time, which heartbroken fans said "sums up their season".
The Blues led 2-0 in the first half before Man Utd came roaring back making it 3-2 before the last minutes of the match.
Disaster struck Erik ten Hag's side when Cole Palmer netted two goals in the 100th and 101st minute to make it 4-3.
Palmer equalised for Chelsea with a penalty before securing a hat-trick a minute later.
The former Man City star completed the turnaround with just 82 seconds between the goals.
A Chelsea fan reacted: "Latest winning goal in Premier League history. Take a bow, Cole Palmer!"
Palmer has now scored more penalties in a season than any other player under the aged on 21.
And the Chelsea ace is yet to miss one.
Man Utd fans were left devastated by the latest collapse, one fan on X said: "Just about sums this team up!!"
Another supporter said: "That's unbelievable".
Whilst other fans called Man Utd "Bottle jobs".
Man Utd will take on their rivals, Liverpool, at the Old Trafford on Sunday where they hope to make a turnaround after three losses in their last Premier League games.
