The navy blue top was tucked into a pair of light blue jeans that were cropped up to just below her knees.

She completed her look with a pair of brown leather knee-high boots as she walked through the set.

The actress also accessorized with a gold watch, gold bracelet and rings for her first day on the set.

Farrell arrived for his first day of work wearing a form-fitting grey t-shirt while holding a blue jacket and a green bottle.

The bearded actor also accessorized with a brown watch while completing his look with blue pants and brown boots.

Both Robbie and Farrell signed on to the film back in early February, Robbie's first film project since the global blockbuster Barbie.

The film is described as, 'An imaginative tale of two strangers and the unbelievable journey that connects them.'

Kogonada (After Yang) is directing from a script by Seth Reiss (The Menu), with the writer also set to produce.

Imperative Entertainment’s Dan Friedkin, Bradley Thomas and Ryan Friedkin will produce, along with Youree Henley, while Kogonada will executive produce.

The announcement of Robbie starring in this film came just after she hinted in a Deadline interview that she may take a break from acting.

'I also think everyone's probably sick of the sight of me for now. I should probably disappear from screens for a while,' she said.

'Honestly, if I did another movie too soon, people would say, "Her again? We just did a whole summer with her. We're over it,"' she said.

Margot added, 'I don't know what I'll do next, but I hope it's a little while away.'
