Scarlett Johansson tries to blend into crowd as regular person in NYC

Scarlett Johansson attempted to hide her star wattage by dressing as an average person for a stroll through New York City on Monday.

The Black Widow star, 38, ditched her wedding ring for the outing and wore electric blue leggings with a fuzzy tan coat with giant apples printed on it.

The Lost in Translation actress hid her famous and recognizable hair under a ball cap and had on white socks pulled up over her leggings and white trainers.

The Lucy star - who revealed her very average morning routine earlier this year - also had a blue sweatshirt tied around her waist under her jacket and she wore sunglasses.

An average crossbody bag finished off the red carpet stunner's look that would be at home at any big box store in any town or city in the U.S.

Earlier this year, the Avengers: Endgame star showed fans that her life is just like any busy working mom's - despite being one of the highest paid actresses in the world.

She shared that she wakes up at 6:30 am, works out four times a week when not shooting and five times a week when she is on camera, loves to do Pilates and is not strict with her diet.

The Ghost in the Shell actress also shared that she loves bagels and pancakes.

Scarlett, who can next be seen in Wes Anderson's Asteroid City, also revealed that her favorite part of the morning is snuggling in bed with the family and their dog Pancake.

'My favorite thing to do in the morning is get everyone in the bed for snuggles, including our dog, Pancake, who is usually crushed by a leg or a foot,' she revealed in an essay for Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop.

Scarlett is mom to daughter Rose Dorothy Dauriac, nine, with ex-husband Romain Dauriac to whom she was married to from 2014 until 2017 and son Cosmo Jost, two, with Colin Jost.

Her favorite morning is on Sunday.

'My husband and I work a lot, and our kids are also busy, so having time in the mornings on Sundays just to enjoy each other and laugh and catch up is a gift we all hugely appreciate,' she noted.

'Sometimes I force us all to watch classic movies, like Easter Parade. My daughter complains during the opening credits—what kid wouldn't?—but she's quickly swept away into the magic of the golden age. Sharing movies with her as she gets older is one of my greatest joys.'

The Horse Whisperer star shared a glimpse into her typical morning with the outlet, which starts at 6:30 am.

'Wake up to my iPhone alarm, which is usually set too loud and scares me. I'd invest in one of those gradual calming alarm clocks that wake you up with a glowing light, but I wouldn't sleep all night because I'd be paranoid it wasn't going to wake me.

Then at 6:35 am she goes directly to her bathroom. 'I timed out my morning skin routine with my Outset products and it's 2 minutes and 45 seconds. How's that for efficiency?'

Fifteen minutes later she is moving around. 'Teeth brushed and sweat suit on, I wake my daughter to get ready for school. I hate getting up early for the bus, but I love helping my daughter get ready for school,' she shared.

'Taking care of my children brings me great joy. I know someday she won't want me to make her pigtails, so I try to enjoy every brushstroke while she's still interested. And I make sure she eats something before we haul it to the bus.'

At 8:30 am her baby son wakes up for breakfast. 'Cuteness overload ensues. Colin and I love to sit with the baby and drink coffee and read books and chat.'

She then works out - either with her trainer or at a Pilates class, showers, puts on makeup and has lunch before heading to the office at noon.
